Life

We continued to feel exhausted and didn’t fancy taking our sickness up to Scotland so found an assortment of ‘fun’ activities to do in London and its environs:

1. Assaulted the knot in Ηη’s hair (which took the best part of a day)
2. Went to the pirate ship playground in Hyde Park in the oppressive heat then had a picnic. Nobody had much fun at either
3. Had a picnic in Finsbo with Si and Lou. 5 stars
4. London Fields Lido, London Fields playground and E5 bakehouse triple-header. There were 5 minutes where it was fun but the kids mostly took turns to ruin all of it
5. Trip to see uncle Rich and aunt Leanne in the Ketto. Smash hit.

At the end of our two weeks’ holiday I am feeling considerably worse than I was at the start (which was already pretty rubbish as previously discussed).

I have at least tidied and rearranged our bedroom.
